Advocacia José Del Chiaro just added a new partner to its practice. Luis Nagalli has represented domestic and multinational companies in notifications of mergers and acquisitions across a wide array of industries. He also has extensive experience with abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, including leniency agreement negotiations. Luis was part of Axinn’s New York antitrust team during the time the firm was awarded GCR Firm of the Year – Americas. In the United States, he gained significative experience in coordinating multi-jurisdictions filings and working before the US Federal Trade Commission and US Department of Justice. Nagalli holds a LL.M. in Competition, Innovation and Information Law from New York University, and a LLB from Mackenzie University. He was recognized as one of the world’s leading competition experts by joint research teams of Global Competition Review and Who’s Who Legal in the category Future Leaders – Partners Brazil in 2019.
